Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control and Planning Engineer to ensure the quality of glass products and coordinating production planning to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. The role involves monitoring manufacturing processes, inspecting products, managing production schedules, and improving operational efficiency in the glass manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished glass products.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure glass products meet company and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
- Identify defects or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.
- Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to optimize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in quality control or production planning, preferably in the glass or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of glass production processes, inspection methods, and quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing process improvement techniques.
- Experience working with glass processing equipment and production lines.

Key Responsibilities
